Title: Manual Tester
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute manual test cases based on software requirements and design specifications.
Perform functional testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.
Document test results, defects, and test coverage in test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, or TestRail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Participate in test planning, estimation, and review meetings to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Work closely with stakeholders to validate software functionality and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Adhere to testing best practices, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency in testing processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Manual Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst.
Strong understanding of software testing concepts, techniques, and methodologies.
Experience creating and executing manual test cases in diverse testing environments.
Familiarity with test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, or TestRail.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
ISTQB or other relevant certifications (preferred).
